Considering the rise in COVID-19 cases amidst the coronavirus pandemic and several board exams and entrance tests being postponed, students are curious to know whether NEET will be postponed this year as well as done last year.

Last year, NEET was conducted on September 13 first and once again was conducted on October 14 for all those students who were infected by COVID-19 or could not appear for the exam due to some reason. Both the sessions last year were held amongst the Coronavirus restrictions and adhering to the protocols associated. Candidates had to face several problems such as traveling to the examination centre in the absence of proper public transport and wearing gloves and masks throughout the exam. In 2021, the situation remains the same due to the covid-19 outbreak.

Last year the dates for the examination were declared on May 5 following a lot of confusion regarding the mode of the exam. There was a lot of confusion going on regarding the cancellation of the exam due to rising cases but after repeated requests from the aspirants to hold the paper, the dates were finally announced.

As per the final dates aren’t released till now, everyone should remain calm and focus on the exam preparation. Government definitely declare dates on the favour and for the benefits of students.

Stay healthy and safe.
