JEE MAIN POSTPONED, WHAT TO DO NOW?

The postponement of JEE Main 2021 May session has been announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) due to the increasing covid cases across the country. The exam was scheduled to be conducted from May 24 to 27. Since the authorities have postponed the Joint Entrance Examination, all the aspirants now have some extra time to boost their exam preparation.

Candidates are advised to take the utmost benefit of this situation and ace the upcoming exam. Following are some preparation tips to use this extra time for better JEE Main Preparation.

  1. Revise all important Topics

By now most of you must have completed the syllabus. You are now advised to start revising all the important JEE Main topics again. While revising, make short and handy notes containing all the important formulas. This will help you to revise the concepts a week before the final exam without wasting much of your time.

  1. Solve previous year sample papers

Solving previous year paper’s helps in boosting your preparation level in a major way. The first two sessions of the JEE Main exam have already been concluded. You can practice the JEE Main February and March session question papers to get an idea about the pattern/type of questions asked in the exam.

  1. Complete all the topics

In case if you have skipped any topic due to lack of time then you should complete the topic now. You are advised not to skip any topic that is mentioned in the JEE Main Syllabus as anything can come in the exam. So it’s better to attempt rather than leaving it empty.

  1. Don’t Stress

The rising COVID-19 cases have created a lot of chaos in our minds. Students are advised not to take stress but must certainly stay home and take care of themselves and stay fit and healthy. If there is any effect on your health, then it is certainly going to affect your preparation. So you need to take utmost precautions.
