The CUCET stands for Central University Common Entrance Test. It is an enterance test for for differenetn programs in upto 14 different Central Universities and 4 State Universities. This would be a direct admission into such universities. The online application forms are closed and the admit card for the exam will be on the 18th of May, 2021. All the students will be given an admit card on this day.

The list of the UG, PG and Reasearch Programs are given in the website. The final results will be given in the month of June.
Now, how will you prepare for this exam?
Know the pattern of the examination: The exam will be for a duration of 3 hours. It can be written in either English or Hindi. The total number of marks possible is 600, and the minimum mark is 150. It is a computer-based exam.
For UG: There are 170 Questions (50- Common Aptitude Test, 120- Domain Specific Test)
These questions are related to English Language, General Awareness, Mathematical Aptitude, Analytical Skills. And for the Domain Specific region, consists of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
The type of questions will be MCQs and there will be a +4 mark for each correct response and a -1 for every incorrect answer. Hence you must make sure to only attempt a question if you know the answer completely.
- Practice Mock tests: You must try to solve mock tests as much as possible because these mock tests are the ones that will show you where you stand in terms of your preparation. You will also be familiarized with the pattern of the exam.
- Revise: After you are given your admit card, revise, revise and revise till you are perfect with the syllabus. Know that you must keep on revising till you feel that you will absolutely ace the paper.
